Super Lawyers Honors Epstein Family Law Attorneys in 2026 Edition

Epstein Family Law is pleased to announce that firm founder and managing partner Robert Epstein has been named to the 2026 edition of Texas Super Lawyers, marking his eighth consecutive year of recognition. Additionally, associate Jordan Watson has been selected to Super Lawyers: Rising Stars, a distinction reserved for outstanding attorneys 40 years old or younger or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.

Both experienced litigators, Robert and Jordan were recognized for their work in family law, having navigated high-net-worth divorces, complex property division matters, and contested custody disputes.

“I’m grateful to continue to be included on publications like these, especially because family law is so personal,” Robert said. “But what makes this year’s recognition particularly meaningful is seeing Jordan earn her place on Rising Stars. Her dedication, strategic thinking, and compassionate advocacy for our clients have been exceptional.”

About the Honorees

Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2014, Robert has built a reputation for handling complicated matters such as preserving generational wealth and counseling high-net-worth individuals. His acumen has not gone unnoticed: He has now celebrated eleven years on D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas list and seven years on the annual Best Lawyers list.

A cum laude graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law, Jordan has become an integral part of Epstein Family Law, where she represents clients in emotionally charged disputes with clarity and compassion. In recognition of her accomplishments both in and out of the courtroom, Jordan was named earlier this year to D Magazine’s Best Lawyers Under 40.

Robert and Jordan regularly address family law issues on the firm’s blog, where they provide their perspectives on everything from co-parenting best practices to property division and child custody matters. Robert also offers family law insights on the firm’s YouTube channel, commenting on legal issues affecting divorcing couples and families in transition.

About Super Lawyers

To earn a spot on the annual Super Lawyers rankings, attorneys must first be entered into the candidate pool through nominations or via Super Lawyers research. Candidates are then evaluated according to a 12-point framework of professionalism. After that, the highest-scoring peers within the legal profession are asked to evaluate other candidates, resulting in only 5% of attorneys earning a selection to the Super Lawyers list and no more than 2.5% to Rising Stars.
