Epstein Family Law founder Robert Epstein, following his selection to The Best Lawyers in America last month, is being recognized by another peer-selected list of outstanding attorneys: the 2025 edition of Texas Super Lawyers.
This is Robert’s seventh year on Super Lawyers for his work in family law; he was previously named to the publication’s listing of up-and-coming attorneys, Super Lawyers: Rising Stars, for two years.
No case is too big or too complex for Robert, who always strives to reach favorable agreements with the other side in negotiating solutions, especially when children are involved. However, he’s also not afraid to advocate for his clients in contentious situations.
“I’m honored to be recognized again by my peers, especially for my dedication to complicated matters, such as preserving generational wealth or counseling high-net worth individuals,” Robert said. “Having fellow attorneys view me as someone they would trust to refer sensitive, high-stakes cases is a distinction I greatly value.”
Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Robert and the Epstein Family Law team regularly address family law issues on the firm’s blog, providing perspectives on everything from co-parenting best practices to property division and disability issues. He and associates Jordan Watson and Tarah Hill were recently published in the Dallas Bar Association’s Headnotes, discussing leveraging digital media and navigating HIPAA compliance as they relate to family law.
To earn a spot on the annual Super Lawyers rankings, attorneys must first be entered into the candidate pool through nominations or via Super Lawyers research. Candidates are then evaluated according to a 12-point framework of professionalism. After that, the highest-scoring peers within the legal profession are asked to evaluate other candidates, resulting in only 5% of attorneys earning a selection to the region’s list.
