Following multiple appearances on D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas lists, Epstein Family Law founder Robert Epstein has been named to the publication’s Hall of Fame.
This distinction is bestowed on attorneys who have made D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas lists at least 15 times. To earn his recognition, Robert first appeared on the list of the Best Lawyers Under 40 for five consecutive years, and on the Best Lawyers in Dallas list for ten.
Robert credits this honor to the clients who have trusted him and the Epstein Family Law team with their most sensitive and challenging matters.
“Our clients come to us in times of distress, and the entire team and I are proud to provide not only the highest levels of advocacy, but also the reassurance that we can help them get through a difficult situation,” he said.
In addition to Robert, the team consists of attorneys Jordan Watson and Tarah Hill, as well as paralegal Jenn Huey, who all bring their unique skills and talents to the firm. Both Tarah and Jordan discovered their interest in family law during law school, each having worked at the VanSickle Family Law Clinic at the SMU Dedman School of Law. Similarly passionate about her work, Jenn has nearly two decades of family law experience.
“Divorce isn’t just a matter of splitting a bank account and breaking an apartment lease,” Robert said. “Often, when you invest a great deal of time and effort into a marriage, you’re dealing with assets that not only have value on a balance sheet, but that have sentimental value as well, and we’re here to help you navigate all of it.”
Robert and his team have a deep understanding of high-net worth divorce, and as a practitioner who is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Robert believes no case is too big or too complicated for Epstein Family Law. Clients count on Robert, Jordan, Tarah, and Jenn to outhustle adversaries and create proactive game plans to maintain control of cases involving complex property division, child custody, parenting plans, and pre- or post-marital agreements.
